Some of us have been involved in high-profile architectural and interior-based projects; while others have built, managed, marketed and sold developments here in New York City. Individually, we are proud of what we’ve achieved; but collectively, we’ve always thought the architecture, design, and property development industries commonly lacked one thing - simplicity and warmth.
